Cooking Time 15 minutes - Serves 1

Short on time and hungry? This is what you need. Sticky, sweet, and spicy chicken that will have you licking your fingers and asking for more.


  • 2 large chicken thighs.

  • 2 tbsp of honey.

  • 2 tbsp of dark soy.

  • 1 tbsp of chilli sauce, whatever your favourite is.


  1. Place all the ingredients, apart from the chicken, into a bowl and mix. Give it a taste and season if you feel it needs it. Add the chicken and coat it in the sauce. You can now either cook the chicken straight away, or if you have time, leave it to marinate for as long as you can.

  2. Pop the chicken into your air fryer set at 200°C and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through. If you don't have an air fryer, you can simply put it in the oven or under a hot grill. Once done, serve it with some rice and sprinkle over some sesame seeds, herbs, and fresh sliced chillis. Add a splash of sesame seed oil if you have it and enjoy.
