SOPA DE AJO
Spanish Garlic Soup This is what my dad would call Sopa de Pobre. Poor man’s soup. A dish built from things most people already have lying around. Stale bread, garlic, water or stock and eggs. It’s proof that sometimes the best food doesn’t come from expensive ingredients or fancy techniques, it comes from making something out of almost nothing. HARISSA LAMB & CHICKPEAS WITH SAFFRON POTATOES
Spicy lamb, saffron potatoes soaking up all the juices, topped with salty feta, sweet pomegranate, toasted pine nuts and served with warm flatbreads for mopping up all the bits left behind.
