Cooking Time 15 minutes - Feeds 2

This recipe is a banger! It's tasty and quick to make, ready to eat in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for when you are hungry and short on time.


  • 200g of cooked and peeled king prawns.

  • 150g of soft garlic and herb cheese.

  • 1 tsp of nduja.

  • 1 tomato, roughly chopped.

  • 1 tsp of freshly chopped thyme.

  • 400g tin of cannellini beans.

  • Juicy from 1/2 a lemon.

  • Chilli flakes, optional and to taste.


  1. Simply put everything into a saucepan, except for the lemon juice and prawns. Add a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the saucepan over low to medium heat.

  2. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and everything has combined. Then, add the prawns and cook for another couple of minutes until they are well warm through. Finally, add the lemon juice. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Pour into a large bowl, garnish with fresh herbs, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, and serve with crusty bread.
