Ditch the utensils and use the flatbread for spooning up your favourite curry , some lovely lentils or stuff with chicken and wrap. Tear and dip into soup. Or use as the perfect vessel for housing your homemade kebabs.


  • 200 g self raising flour.

  • 140 g fat free Greek yoghurt.

  • Pinch of salt.


  1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well till it all comes together to form a dough. Divide into 4 individual dough balls, lightly flour your work top and roll out.

  2. Get a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and cook dry for a couple of minutes on each side. When you get nice golden brown spots on the bread it’s time to flip over.

  3. I also like to add fresh chillis into the dough at times or different types of herbs so just have a play.
