Prep Time 0 minutes - Total Time 10 minutes - Serves 2

Now, this is what you call fast food, pan to table in 10 minutes.

It’s so easy and so quick that it’s not really a recipe, but one you must try.


  • 200g of spaghetti.

  • 2 handfuls of peas.

  • 2 handfuls of fresh mint leaves.

  • 2 large ripe avocado.

  • 1 lime.

  • Feta for garnishing.


  1. Get the pasta on the go, because that’s what is going to take the longest time.

  2. In a food blender add the peas, mint, avocado and the juice from the lime. Season, add a nice drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and whizz.

  3. Once the pasta is cooked mix with the avocado sauce. Divide into 2 bowls, crumble some feta over the top, add a few extra mint leaves and finish of with a drizzle with little extra-virgin olive oil.
