Proper fast food this, the perfect snack for a hot day or if it’s raining this recipe will cheer you up.
Ingredients
1 block of Halloumi, cut into bite-size pieces.
1 small onion, diced.
1 red pepper, diced.
Chili flakes, to taste.
2 spring onions, sliced.
1 tsp of Chinese five-spice.
2 tbsp of runny honey plus extra.
Method
Place all the ingredients into a bowl, season and add a drizzle of olive oil just enough to coat everything and mix.
Pop into the Airfryer and cook at 180° for 8 minutes. To serve, drizzle with some extra honey, a few toasted sesame seeds and some extra spring onion.
