Cooking Time 10 minutes - Serves 2

Note to self: I must eat more salmon, especially this way. This recipe is banging and perfect for when you're short on time. Ready to eat in under 15 minutes.


  • 2 boneless salmon fillets, around 130g each.

  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika.

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin.

  • 1/2 tsp of coriander.

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic granules.

  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon.


  1. Place some ingredients, apart from the salmon, in a bowl. Season them, add a drizzle of olive oil, and mix. Add the salmon and coat it in the sauce. If you have time, you could leave it to marinate for a couple of hours or cook it straight away.

  2. Pop it into the air fryer at 200°C for 9 minutes or until flaky. If you don't have an air fryer, you can always roast it in an oven at the same temperature and time. Once it's ready, serve it with whatever you fancy and enjoy!
